The Acadiana Cane Cutters have scheduled a scrimmage against the Lafayette Little League Challengers squad on Monday, July 10th, powered by Service Chevrolet Cadillac of Lafayette.

The Challenger Division of Lafayette Little League is designed to give children between the ages of 6 and 14 [with special needs] the chance to “mainstream into other divisions of play, and the disciplines of teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play, which are hallmarks of the Little League program.” The Challengers are set to take on the Cane Cutters starting at 6pm on July 10th, and will be guests of honor for the Cane Cutters contest against the Brazos Valley Bombers. In addition to the Challenger players, all Lafayette Little Leaguers who attend the game in uniform will receive free tickets.
